Where is MyErrand launching?

We’re starting in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Join the launch list and we’ll let you know when the app is available.

What can I get help with?

Our first services are market shopping and pickup and delivery. Share your shopping list and budget, or the pickup and drop-off locations, in the app.

How much will my errand cost?

It depends on the errand. You’ll see the errand amount, service fee and total before paying. For shopping, your item budget is included too.

Who are the runners, and how do you check them?

Our local runners are called taskers in the app. Our team reviews their government ID before they can accept errands. Taskers also provide their BVN and bank details. These checks help reduce risk, but don’t guarantee anyone’s behaviour. Share your completion PIN only once you have everything.

Can I earn as a tasker?

Yes. Choose ‘Earn as a tasker’ on the launch-list form. We’ll contact you when tasker sign-ups open in Uyo. You’ll see what an errand pays before you accept it.

What happens when I join the list?

We’ll contact you about the launch using the email address or phone number you provide. You can ask to leave the list at any time by emailing support@myerrand.com.ng.

How do I get the early-joiner discount?

Join the launch list and choose ‘Get errands done’. At launch, we’ll send a discount code to the email address or phone number you provide. Use it on your first errand for 50% off the MyErrand service fee. The discount applies to the service fee only; your errand amount and any shopping budget are charged in full.

Make a little
room for life.

Be first to hear when MyErrand opens. Whether you need a hand or want to lend one, there’s a place for you.
